Food Tasting Event : Tarsh Gastronomia, Hinjawadi - Pune

Located on the 8th floor of the White Square - Tarsh I am sure, would soon qualify to be the swanky restaurants of the city. πŸ‘Œ
As you enter, the music gets you grooving - a variety of old and new numbers. The bar is definitely the highlight of the place, one can't ignore the beautiful bright decked up interiors.πŸ˜‡
They boost of a rooftop seating along with indoor seating. It is difficult to grab a place outside, we were comfortably seated in the indoor section just next to the LIT bar.

So Mr. Nandram - the manager took very good care of our table - I must say his suggestions of the dishes were impeccable. And his constant attempt to keep the status of the dishes was highly appreciable - given they had a huge rush.

Started off with the IRANI TANGDI. This was truly a mind blowing dish. Tangdi in any form is my favorite dish and tangdi served in a sizzler plate was just the start.πŸ˜ƒ This was chicken marinated in a mix of cheese and hung curd, black pepper and white onions - but the amalgamation of the spices and the top notch seasonings was truly the icing on the cake. The tangdi were served in a bed of cheesy creamy gravy with colorful bell peppers. It was hands down, one of the best tangdis I have had. πŸ˜‹
The tinge of variety made it totally different from the usual.Highly recommended.

We ordered for a drink, which was refreshingly good with fruity flavors.

The GAULATI KEBAB -  this dish took 20-25 minutes to be prepared, but no, I am not complaining. It was one of the best galouti kebabs, soft with the added richness of the Indian spices - they had been served on a mini paratha base. But mind you these beauties were really heavy for the stomach.
The PRAWNS DIMSUMS were served in the typical traditional bamboo containers. These were steamed and delicate prawn preparation with chives, mushrooms - were comparatively good. The dips served were an absolute hit.
The SIZZLER BROWNIE - placement of the ice cream went hugely wrong. But the crunchy top layer brownie, chocolate suace and ice cream did full justice to the perfect dinner. πŸ’œ
In all, it is a buzzing place to be for a rocking head-start to the weekend. πŸ‘
