Gluttony Events : Behrouz Biryani,Karve Nagar - Pune
It goes without saying Behrouz Biryani is the most sought after name when we think of biryanis. Inevitably, can never turn down a tasting invite for the same - which was extended by Aditi from Behrouz Biryani.
I loved the smokiness imparted to the chicken chunks. The dish was beautifully garnished with their trademark sliced dry fruits and it was tossed with loads of tej pata, cinnamon. One thing that draws me to Behrouz is their fresh aroma - that distinct aroma as soon as you unravel the packing is just wow!!
It was served along with raita and an ultimate savory gulab jamun.

WHAT I TRIED:
Quick delivery of the MURG MAKHANI BIRYANI - I love the consistency of taste that is maintained in every delivery - long grains of saffron infused Basmati rice on a bed of masala infused chicken chunks.I loved the smokiness imparted to the chicken chunks. The dish was beautifully garnished with their trademark sliced dry fruits and it was tossed with loads of tej pata, cinnamon.
