Food Tasting Event : Behrouz Biryani, Chinchwad - Pune
The food tasting invite was extended by Sayali from Behrouz Biryani. 😊
The box consisted of BIRYANI, GULAB JAMUN and RAITA.😁
It was good to see a bit of history of the 2000 year old biryani penned on the box.
The biryani with its layered long grains of white and saffron clad basmati rice garnished with almond slices and coriander was flavorful, prominently spiced and was cooked well. 😋
The biryani as the name of the biryani had ample amount of veggies like cauliflower leaflets, carrots, beans, khada masala, paneer laden in a mix of hot masala and spices. This allowed the biryani to be not too dry. 👍
Just the big chunks of veggies in the biryani was slightly off setting else the biryani lived up to the expectations - did not disappoint. 😃
The GULAB JAMUN was an usual affair, never been a fan of the RAITA, never liked the overdose of pudina and chatpata flavors.

Ordered for the PANEER SUBZ BIRYANI - there is something about Behrouz Biryani, especially the aroma that fills the air once you open the neat packaging consisting of the biryani is really exciting.The box consisted of BIRYANI, GULAB JAMUN and RAITA.😁
