The Dalgona Coffee trend has been hitting the internet hard. Although it has gotten its name from a South Korean Toffee, but it nothing more than the intense pheti hui version of coffee we Indians have been making since ever.
The Dalgona Coffee trend has been hitting the internet hard. Although it has gotten its name from a South Korean Toffee, but it nothing more than the intense pheti hui version of coffee we Indians have been making since ever.
Well, it is hyped way more than required, I feel. The whole play is of the froth formed with the continuous whisking of the instant coffee! βοΈ

INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 tablespoonful of warm water
- 1 - 2 tablespoon of instant coffee preferably Nescafe (per taste)
- 1 - 2 tablespoon of sugar (per taste)
RECIPE:
Just takes easily available 3 ingredients. π
In a bowl take the above ingredients end and whisk away for about 5-6 minutes - till you see a creamy texture being formed. Avoid putting excess water - it tends to get bubbly. You need to keep whisking to the point, the if the bowl is overturned the contents don't fall off!
Once the coffee is ready - take a glass and add some ice-cubes into it.
In it pour milk - till half of the glass's height. I had equal proportion of coffee layering and milk! π₯
Now add the coffee carefully over the top - garnish by sprinkling coffee and cocoa powder over the top. π
Give it a good stir and enjoy your glass of cold coffee while binge watching your Netflix series. π
