Food Tasting Event : Charcoal Eats, Amanora Mall - Pune

This was the spread offered for tasting by Charcoal Eats. Doesn't it look a lot?! Even we had a tough time finishing all the food here. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Ž
Charcoal Eats have opened their outlet in Amanora Mall in the food court. The tasting invite was extended by Yashashri from Charcoal Eats.

ADDRESS:

2nd FLOOR, AMANORA MALL
MAGARPATTA CITY,HADAPSAR
PUNE

WHAT I TRIED:

Started off the with ONION RINGS - these were crispy onion rings, which had been sprinkled atop with ample of chat masala and garnished with coriander leaves - the chatpata taste is what I loved in the rings, a perfect rainy day side . They were the usual onion rings but felt very heavy on the tummy. I liked the fact, they did not seem very oily - that was well taken care of. ✌
CHILI GARLIC LOADED FRIES - My my, these fries were really what a potato fanatic could ask for.
French fries forming a base and over the top it was heavily adorned with spices and scrumptious sauces. The sprinkling of chili flakes and coriander leaves enhanced the taste all the more - the mayo and chili garlic spice worked its magic beautifully on the fries.
Just look at these heavy calories?! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‹
CHICKEN PERI PERI PIZZA SQUARES - A crunchy puff base with pizza toppings is difficult to pull off - loved the concept. πŸ‘
But this one was winner - the base was crispy and crunchy and over the top there was loaded cheese along with bell peppers, roasted chicken chunks and cherry tomatoes - delicate yet delicious.
CHICKEN TIKKA BIRYANI - Plentiful of spices and masala blended well with the long grains of white and saffron infused rice - it was masaledar, the way I like my biryani.
There was extensive use of khada masalas, fried onions and well cooked charcoal smoked tender chicken chunks - this one was well prepared.
Not too dry and mild in spicy-ness.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - One bite into it, and I did not have a word.
It's smoothness, creaminess with its blend of dark chocolate and the distinct taste of coconut, made it the winner at the table. We absolutely loved it. Don't miss out on this - it is Charcoal Eats version of mousse.

CHICKEN MUGHLAI PARATHA - this was minced chicken wrapped in an egg roti - this one dish failed to make a mark among st others. It lacked the flavors of mughlai paratha.
The place can be given a shot for quick bites.

Surprisingly, they did not have water available - which we brought from the nearby outlet.

 ~Bon AppΓ©tit!!
