Gluttony Events : Good Bowl, NIBM Road - Pune

The tasting invite was extended by Aditi from the team of Good Bowl.

Definitely kudos to the team to have come with this concept - if it fulfills the taste genre in each order, they would do wonders for the current super uber crazy busy folks - who want the nutrients and taste.😘

WHAT I TRIED:

On time delivery of the MUGHLAI CHICKEN RICE BOWL WITH OMELETTE - a  bowl of healthy goodness - although care needs to be taken to deliver the way it is depicted in the pictures.It was slightly distorted than I imagined.
A well roasted awesomely seasoned spicy juicy Reshmi chicken piece served along with a Basmati Rice tossed with cut vegetables, bell peppers, corn and olives -  the taste was fusion-alicious - Mughlai and continental. Who could think this combo can work?!😃
I liked the slight gravy dressing at the bottom of the bowl - this bowl was an amalgamation of many flourishing flavors - the addition of khada masala like long, elaichi, raisins intensified the taste.The omelette was a case of Benjamin Button - there, not there - wouldn't make a difference.😜

The DAL MAKHANI BOWL - this one was quite a let down after the first bowl. It could be probably only be me -  but the continental make of the rice with a traditional dal makhani - didn't appeal me. And also again the packaging made it little messy to eat it - that could be another factor of not liking the dish probably - just a probability. 😞
