Gluttony Events : Master Egg, Kharadi - Pune

First of all a big shout out for the innovation and the concept shown to the menu which has plentiful of dishes with an amalgamation of egg in it - this is appreciable at many levels. Every dish on the menu uses some variant of egg to add the zing to it. 😍

WHAT I TRIED:

EGG TITANIC - This definitely was the stunner of the evening. A little heavy for a single person but the pleasure of having stuffed omelette placed aptly in a red thick rich delicious gravy was mind blowing.The addition of the spinach/coriander leaves added to the crunchiness in every bite - the omelette was stuffed with boiled egg chunks. This was a one of a kind dish and a definite must try for omelette lovers!💓

The EGG KATHI ROLL - was slightly on the oily side but again with an heavy and delicious filing of minced egg in a just about right gravy to give it a moist taste - it had loads of chatpata onions, mayo and chutney - all of it stuffed in a omelette rolled paratha.

EGG TOOFANI WITH PAV - red thick gravy with boiled eggs in it. The gravy had a good addition of Indian Spices - perfect to pair with paratha or pav. This was okay-ish in comparison to the other dishes.

EGG SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE - was a good mix of Chinese flavor imbibed - schezwan pan fried rice with assorted veggies. It had minced omelette chunks and boiled eggs in it - with the balanced spicy-ness - this was well attempted!😊
