Hotel anatomization : Holiday Inn, Sakinakka - Mumbai

A standard room in Holiday Inn and you are here to experience a world class comfort.

Holiday Inn located in the busy crowded streets of Sakinakka junction in Mumbai is a 4 star hotel property.

As you enter the hotel premises, you will notice the lush greenery - a beautifully created small garden right at the entrance with huge vases placed tactfully in between the tall palm trees - decorative I would say. The walls of the hotel at the entrance are adorned with hanging climbers. Totally loved this greenery. 😊

The check in is swift with your identity proof and room preferences asked for by the guys at the reception and you are ready to rock and roll. The check in time is at 3PM and checkout at 12PM.

The hotel has been styled in a posh manner with contemporary architecture. The glass walled lobby provide a tasteful look.  The yellowish texture of the walls and the marble flooring reflects the light which brings out the best of the ambiance. 
The crystal and glass chandeliers in the lobby are captivating - definitely class apart.

The one painting that caught my eye which was right at the entrance was the enormous abstract painting portraying a tree and its branches. The painting was embodied between the wood toned walls – resplendent.

The lobby had an exquisite display of the high class interiors with beautiful showpieces on display.

The contemporary rooms are extremely comfortable to stay at. The rooms have textured walls and are accommodated with a double bed. 

There is a study table with an overhead lamp and a mini chaise lounge in the room.
The room had a see through glass bathroom, so if you are with someone special. 😉
The rooms are extremely comfortable to stay and enjoy a peaceful and relaxed day here.

The view from the room is nothing special – it faces few of the other residential area buildings.

But do go to the top floor and enjoy the infinity pool overlooking the city - beautiful. With the sun rising and the birds chirping, it brings about a good kick start to the rest of your day. Spend few moments by this infinity pool and sunbathe in the chilly winters with your hot cup of coffee.

They have airport pickup and drop facility.

The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and a minute’s walk from the metro stop. There are few eateries in the vicinity of the hotel - but I would suggest to try their in house restaurant. 😊

The staff is very courteous and they no leave no stone unturned to serve you at their best. From the time you enter the hotel to the time you leave, the hospitality is just perfect.

I have always had a pleasant stay here - elegant and chic!!
