Food anatomization : Cafe Coffee Day, Hadapsar - Pune
Yet another CCD in the vicinity and this one is a nice addition. Located on the top floor in the Amanora Mall - is spread over a wide area. Unlike the other CCDs, there is a significant effort done on the interiors of the place. It is all setup to give a café lounge feeling.
The décor is really impressive and flamboyant - eye catchy.
I loved the furniture put up - specially the humongous,super comfy chairs. Picture perfect!
Good care has been taken to cater to every kind of coffee lovers - individuals, duos to group seating arrangement.
The graffiti on the walls and the frames put up enhanced the furnishing and look of the place.
I was here to have a taste of their summer menu - "The winter has arrived".
So I ordered for the TIRAMISU SMOOTHIE - tiramisu as a dessert is an Italian dessert with layers of sponge cake soaked in coffee.
But this drink was missing the layers of the sponge cake. Few crumbled pieces were scattered on the top. And it had cream, cocoa and coffee. Decent drink but did not justify the smoothie tag.
It was served along a spicy cookie on the side - it surprisingly did complement the drink.
MANGO SHOT - it comes in a very cute shot glass with a cover. It is a smoothie having mango flavors. Interesting shot. :P
COOL GREEN PUNCH - really fresh and an invigorating punch with loads of pudina leaves, lime, sliced cubes of cucumber, apple flavored syrup and loads of ice cubes . This truly is a punch in the face of the summer heat.
The staff is cordial.
