Gluttony Diaries : Effingut Brewerkz, Kharadi - Pune

On the occasion of Thanksgiving - the girl gang took to Effingut Brewerkz for a hearty lunch!! πŸ˜ƒ

Effingut Brewerkz - needs no introduction, and I can now totally relate why the social media is buzzing with praises for the chain! 😷
Now that I have the first-hand experience from my recent visit, trust me you wouldn't be disappointed even if you are a teetoddler.😊

ADDRESS:

Unit 5&6, Gate 3
World Trade Center, Kharadi

Located in WTC at the end of the block - it has an alfresco seating and a comparatively smaller indoor seating. The interiors are highly inspired by the rustic automobile theme. The walls accessorized completely with various parts of an automobile - imparting a complete the machinery look. πŸ˜‡
And not to forget the funny punch liners wall posters - "Aa Gaye Tum!!", which adds a flair to the decor.
The Rajdhoot gracing the wall at the center is an added attraction to the wooden themed wall - makes it look plush plus funky!😜
Friday lunch hours - and the place is bustling with folks. 😎
Started off with the NACHOS - delicious, crispy corn tortillas topped with fried beans, over the top melted drippy cheese. This was served with a spicy mix of salsa. πŸ˜‹ Cheesyy...πŸ‘Œ
Went down perfect with the mocktail - HOT WIRED. It was a slushy blackcurrant drink - served in a margarita glass with a salted rime. The salt and black currant - oo lalala!! πŸ’• Look at the color of the drink - it would make you love it even more.πŸ’‹
THAI CHILI MUSHROOMS - seemed more like honey glazed button mushrooms with a crispy outer covering with fried button mushrooms. This was hand tossed with Thai chilies, bell peppers, basil and other spices. Served along with it were some crackers which sadly, did not have any salt - else would have made a good accompaniment. 😐
BURNT CHILI PANEER - amazingly soft and fresh paneer cubes cooked with roasted dry red chilies and tossed with a variety of sauces, bell peppers, onions and garnished with peanuts. Cooked in subtle spices, this was flavorsome and lived true to its name with the burnt texture. ✌
TEQUILA LIME & THYME PRAWNS - prawns cooked in a creamy sauce with a hint of tequila and lime. Not sure I could understand the (πŸ˜›tequila) ingredient well, but it was served beautifully in a crispy edible Parmesan basket. The basket had a slight burnt yet refreshing taste, made me keep going for it. The prawns were cooked to perfection and the thick creamy sauce - yummy!! This was to be had with the garlic bread.😈 It was artistically plated. πŸ™Œ
The DEL BARONE PASTA - penne pasta cooked in tomato sauce, parsley, red chili and loads of Parmesan cheese. Well attempted, the pasta could have been cooked slightly more.😁
The MANGO CHEESECAKE - the artificial mango flavors did not suit our appetite. But surprisingly, the chef noticed our not so happy faces.
And he was spontaneous to send us a complimentary mind blowing-ly delicious HAZELNUT CHEESECAKE. Totally blown off by the gesture from the chef to send us with an alternate dessert. πŸ‘
Layered cheese between crunchy biscuits and the spread of the thick gooey hazelnut chocolate sauce. Heavenly, is the word. Each bite into the desert and it would transport you to a different world. 😚
Loved the chocolate piece adorned with the dessert.
Indulgent!! πŸ’“

The gesture showed Effingut Brewerkz take their customer seriously and equally want the customer to take the best of the experience. 😊

Thanks to Chef  Sagar. Kudos Effingut Brewerkz!!

SIZZLING BROWNIE - literally flamed with a shot of liquor and then the smooth melted chocolate sauce drizzled over the chocolate brownie and the scoop of ice cream.Decadent!😝

See the video how the sizzling brownie was flaming too.πŸ˜‹

The service is lightning fast - the servers paying utmost attention to the needs of the guests. Given the crowd, they are handling well.
