Food anatomization : New bridgeway Family Restaurant , Kanakpura Road - Bangalore
It has been quite some time, that this nice place has opened near our home - in about less than 500 meters I would say.
I am glad quite some good joints have opened close by - lucky me I would say!! :) And the plus side, the restaurant remains open till late in the evening 12:30-ish.
The bright red restaurant hoarding is quite eye catchy - and it brightens up the entire lane it lies on. It is located next to the Pizza hut dining.
It is a two story-ed restaurant - the first floor houses about 5-6 tables and has the parcel counter.
The other floor has proper A/C seating arrangement suited for the families.
Right outside is the shwarma grill counter with the chicken on the rotating spit, along with the cylindrical tandoori counter.
This was first witness to cooked chicken items on display in a glass enclose-r, similar to the ones we see in sweet corners - a sign they do really boost of their chicken preparations.
We opted for home delivery for the HALF TANDOORI CHICKEN - it came along with 4 pieces of breast and leg pieces served with onion salad and the green chutney. The dish was prepared well and grilled to perfection. We were highly satisfied by the dish.
On the other hand the SHWARMA - did not appeal our taste buds at all. The chunks of chicken did not seem to have been cooked well and it was too bland. It came along with salad.
