Food anatomization : 56 Bhog , HSR Layout - Bangalore

Since this place is right next to the Jagannath mandir, we happen to come here whenever we pay a visit to the temple.

We usually go for takeaways or quick snacks.

The samosas are our favorites here, crunchy and tasty, typically made in a north Indian style. The filling consists of sliced potatoes and veggies instead of mashed potatoes. This adds a different kind of flavor to the samosas. :)
The sweets are good, I like the khajas and jamuns. The chena-poda tasted about ok, not so great.
Recently tried the malpua - crispy edges and ultra soft base with a mix of saunf, cashew nut pieces dipped in the sugar syrup. Yummy-licious! One piece of it, and that curbs your sweet tooth instantly.

If you want to try some Odia delicacies you can hit this place.

The place looks decent and clean. It is just about an ordinary shop among the many shops in the area.

They mainly serve snacks and sweets and other namkeens.
