Food anatomization : Stoned Monkey, JP Nagar - Bangalore
What do you do when you have a younger brother who makes all the wrong decisions - the biggest mistake of the era, having the LAVALICIOUS STONED CONCEPT ice-cream parcelled. How could he?! Arghh.... 😒
Anyhow, coming back to the ice-cream. 😃
It was nicely packed in a paper bag - the beautifully structured waffle cup and a box filled with the lavalicious stoned ice-cream.
The LAVALICIOUS STONED CONCEPT ice-cream was a result of the 'STONING' of the chocolate ice-cream with loads of crushed choco chips. Frankly, not a big fan of the stoning of the ice creams - but this one was indeed good since it did survive the traffic and the distance and still maintained the chilliness and stiffness in it - melted in the mouth so smoothly.
The mini lava cake was aptly placed on the top,made the dessert look artistic. The cake had a goey texture - albeit when I sliced through the cake there was this oozing chocolate in the flood of ice-cream - yummylicious!! A total sinful indulgence...
The choco sticks were missing though. 😞
For the serving,the ice-creams are a bit pricy I would say.
