Food Tasting Event : Khandani Rajdhani, Amanora - Pune
Swad Kesariya - The Winter Food Festival at Rajdhani is on till the 30th December 2017 and this winter they are offering food that warms the heart, tickles the taste buds and ushers one in a tranquil feeling. 😍
Only the best of culinary delights here at the King Of Thali - Rajdhani!! 😋
The invite was extended by Noel from Bloomingdale - a big shout out. 👍
The spread on display was richer and tastier - there were multiple dishes which I hadn't had before and it was intriguing to taste such innovative dishes.
And trust me, the thali was really rich, finishing one round of the dishes in the Thali was giving us a tough time. 😕
They had arranged a preview of all the items to be served to us for the tasting.
They had paired every dish with the respective bread.
The SURTI UNDHIYU with PURI was loaded with veggies and was heavy on greens.
The HALDI NU SHAAK paired with the MAKI ROTLA was enriching - made purely with grated raw turmeric and peas.
This one is a traditional Rajasthani dish and is great for health and definitely best for the winters - delectable.
I loved the SARSON SHALGAM KI SABJI with the MONG ROTLA - the mix of greens and shalgam was tasty. 😊
The LILVA DANA SABJI with BAJRA ROTLA was again one of those healthy plus tasty options for the winters. Truly, this was a first for me having this one - and not bad I would say. 😀
The KER SANGRI KOFTA with the sweet tangy taste was quick to make you fall in love with it. Chatpata ek dum...😋
The METHI KA PETLA with JOWAR ROTLA was a mix of chopped methi and fried besan.
The METHI ROLLS another of lip smacking starter - was in for couple of rounds on our table. 💕
The ladoos were icing on the cake and were absolutely relishing. I must have gorged on many of the ladoos ranging from the BADAM LADOO,KHAJOOR LADOO,GOOND KE LADOO and the GUJARATI KACHARIYA.
And these ladoos made with pure ghee - I assume too, have many health benefits. 😉
The THANDAI laden with dry fruits was delicious.
