Scullery Experiments : Sweet Lime Soda Recipe

SWEET LIME SODA

After a long day at shopping, once at home I need a chilled glass of sweet lime soda. 😁

INGREDIENTS:

•          Crushed Pudina
•          Ice cubes
•          1/2 glass Kinley’s Soda
•          Sugar syrup/2 tablespoon of sugar
•          Half a lemon
•          Everest Jaljeera powder - 1/3 teaspoon
•          Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
•          Pinch of salt

RECIPE:

Prepare your cooking station to give yourself the best sweet lime soda.

1.  Take ½ glass of chilled water.
2.  Add sugar syrup to the water or you could choose to dissolve the sugar by stirring as well.
3.  Add lemon juice to the glass.
4. Next add about 1/3 teaspoon of jaljeera powder, pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black salt.
5. Stir it well.
6. Add the ice cubes and garnish with crushed pudina leaves.
7. Fill the other half of the glass with Kinley’s soda, stir and there you are with sweet lime soda!!
